Sad to say it is a LOVITO! Previous CEO (before Mike SHEADY)... Marc Lovito's father, and of course the debt holders have plenty of say in "the company's" activities. This INDEED and Mike SHEADY have turned out to be the scam of the decade! Now that we have a new CEO HOPEFULLY he will be capable of accomplishing something more than HYPE BS especially with the AS/OS MIKE SHEADY left him with. I still have hope in this as a typical penny stock scam investment as long as we don't see a REVERSE SPLIT, but unfortunately THAT is why we now have a new CEO.... HE will implememnt the dreaded R/S because Mike SHEADY couldn't handle doing it. Ya know Mikey has a "friends" he wouldn't want to screw over with the inevitable R/S. New CEO, new direction? NO DOUBT R/S must occur unless this new penny stock scammer is a magician! LOL! Without an R/S this is still a great buy at .0001! MIKE SHEA, LIAR, and THIEF... how's THAT resume looking now Mike Shea? LMAO!!
