I've got a Q for the board...

Reading the recent press & 8k's. It says Kubby/Kush will have 1 million in assets.

Kubby/Kush are getting 500,000 shares of CBDS.

Obviously at the current price of $2, that's 1 million

So, my question to the board is...

1) Is CBDS's value being corrected to $2 without Kush??
2) What will Kush shares open be valued at??

Curious what the board thinks :P
