500_and_long my appolagize to you & the rest here, no I didn't specify JMO, or IMO, so I will now it was JMO & in the future I will try to remember that as to not misslead the general trading public.

I trully felt that it was not necessary as I feel all traders should know (but perhaps don't know) that any company wants to retain the majority of the shares in the authorized shares to retain full control of the company & avoid a hostile takeover, I feel as thought it is just investor 101.
