The Project CBD report came out on October 17th (there abouts, going by memory) and at about that same time there was the misunderstanding with a Yahoo reporter that seemed to say that MJNA's earning were VASTLY higher than they really were. This had the effect of artificially inflating the stock price for a while.
How can MJNA claim that the Project CBD report harmed them when they're stock price was climbing? Maybe they can point to Kannaway's sales numbers falling? So damaging was that report that it caused Kannaway's sales number to drop for several months before it was even published. Hell maybe MJNA can retroactively blame Project CBD for the failure of the Red Dice partnership, or the toxic split with Cannavest. Maybe it was Project CBD and not Micheal Llamas who should have been indicted in the Loomis mortgage fraud case.
