Pretty serious "profit potential" for a company with this balance sheet: zero cash, only $15K assets ("prepaids"), over $1M in convertible notes payable, and a zero inventory value.

What fools bought this in the .20s and .30s?

It is such amazing, cutting edge technology that they don't even have to pay to research or develop it?
