Below is our daily (subscriber chart) of the daily Net Inflowing Liquidity levels going into the stock market. On July 10th, the Inflowing Liquidity started a new, short term up trend, and took the market with it. (Money flows in and the market goes up, money flows out and the market goes down.)
Anyway, there is something to observe here. Yes, short term the Inflowing Liquidity is moving up and higher.
However (since May), the Inflowing Liquidity has been in a medium term down trend because it has made lower/highs, and lower/lows during the May to July time periods.
Unless this changes, the market will have a negative reaction.
