Arch, you flip flop more than good ol John Carry. You lose a little more credibility everytime you pull something like this. It seems logical that recent aquisition talks could lead to more dilution.However, the possible future earnings increase should offset the effects of dilution. People don't be overly alarmed if they have to finance some of the aquisition thru sale of stock. Hopefully this won't turn into another upda. jmho Ron
