RD, u should be on their Board of Directors. How do we shareholders elect u to sit on their Non executive BOD? At least there will be impartial governance on their strategies then. I cant believe SIAF issued out that text book guidance on Dividend payout and expect us to trust the management team. And now, they issue themselves including the BOD stock options valued at zero price. The stock should be valued close to USD25-30 by now, if only the management team speed up their work to uplist on First North. What due diligence issues are they facing?
