Technically .....niobium.... is not considered a rare earth element....and 60 Minutes is hardly an authority on anything in the U.S. anymore.
On the other hand, a tooth fairy could be useful....I am looking for the one dollar bill under my pillow tomorrow morning. I hope you're right and SRSR accelerates toward the double digit pennies range right after 60 Minutes concludes its learned dissertation on rare earth elements.......and if not.....well then......I guess we will just have to wait a few more days for Scott and Dan to reveal their master plan before we plan on having a serious fiesta.
