Does anyone have information on the stock ownership of this company? Any institutions invested? Who are the major share holders etc?

So far it looks like a non event I am just doing some research. Looks like they are still selling shares to cover expenses and they have little to no cash on hand and are burning cash at a high rate.

Anyone good at reading financials that can offer their take?
