Can anyone tell me at what point a buyout is more likely? Would a buy out be more likely before or after phIII?

Looks like after phase 3 is typical but does this fall under the typical?

Also looks to me as previous buyouts for this kind of potential would be a billion plus. If my memory serves me Algeta was bought out for almost 3 billion. I would say ATNM has a lot of the same qualities as Algeta.

I would say the biggest worry right now is funding pure and simple for ph3. I would be inclined to say there is a chance of dilution except the fact that DR Frost has bought 5 million bucks worth of shares........ and he has to have some sort of guarantee he wont be diluted and lose a majority if his millions.

Connect all the pieces and this seems like a very solid investment.

Am I missing anything? Am I off on any info above?
