you're right with the current A/S - it's 300M shares.

you're wrong with your assumptipn of 148M shares outstanding. the date the A/S got increased was 06/12/2015. the date the origin 8k was released was the 05/01/2015. as of that date the A/S were 200M shares and there were 48M shares outstanding like in their SEC filings.
