No, because trade transactions recorded below the Displayed Best Bid are not direct trade transactions. The Bid can display .09 and yet a trade can be recorded at .088. That doesnt mean someone traded below the market best Bid, trade report transactions are more than direct trades, they are often a record of trade transactions minus fees. So seeing trade transaction go off below Bid has nothing to do with "Match Trades"... lol..
