Trying to understand the excitement here. You say “…. the future owners of SIRGQ are going to be 100% owners and not 50% or less owners.” Is somebody buying SIRGQ? As I understood the “Overall Structure of the Plan”, SIRGQ was simply selling 100% of its interest in the mine to a bigger and probably much much better company. While the agreement appears to provide that SIRGQ may have some, as yet unexplained, opportunity to earn back an interest of no more than 5% in the mine …. it is important to note that when the deal closes (maybe it already has), SIRGQ (and its shareholders) will own exactly 0% of the mine. Don’t think that is good for valuation with or without a “Q”.
