However your impairment by MJ is not the same for someone else. That is the point it varies a lot person to person bc of the type of substance it is. Psychoactive. Alcohol give a better more stable effect over the general average of users per ingested amount. The scale works better for such a substance vs psychoactive. That is the point. Your experience isn't really replicated per individual perspective.
