IP: Yes, it is wise to invest based on a four year old 8K of a company that no longer exists. What could possibly have changed since then?

This is what every stock broker would tell you, if:

Last filing, 4 years ago: Check
Company no longer exists: Check
Buy, buy buy!

You have to know there are only about 6 people that will buy into this scam. It is laughable. In your heart, you know this is absolute nonsense so what can current 'investors' possibly gain? No one will buy. They own shares in company that does not exist. Soon-Shiong is long gone and is never coming back to the company that embarrassed him so deeply. So, a 20% gain before everyone takes off?
