MRIB is in fact dead. It is shut down and no longer selling and all claims that they are "doing well and selling good" should be ignored and regarded as simple pumping for the purpose of keeping MRIB trading and relevant trying to suppress the fact that MRIB is and has been out of business for quite some time now. Probably since the exit of Dan Senters, the only guy trying to actually sell vodka, way back in October of 2014.

Sales that can be tracked at known retailers show virtually no sales and claims of new sales in places like Florida and Georgia are entirely unsupported and most likely total fabrications. Claims of sales in South Carolina are definitely fabrications because MRIB is not licensed to sell there.

The only reason that MRIB hasn't filed for bankruptcy is that they have no significant creditors forcing the issue. All of their vendors were inside payments to entities who would never sue IMO. Same situation as 2009. I doubt there's more than a few thousand dollars in outside vendor liabilities with all the money having gone to entities like Wine Plant, NovaNet, Zodiac, Eco Investments, et al. The perfect scam. Take the cash, limit the recourse. You could never get enough MRIB investors together with a claim that would get anyone's attention even though cumulatively MRIB fleeced the public for a minimum of $30 million.
