What the hell you want Lori to do? This is a company and they operate based on market conditions that effect their business. If you are an investor then you would believe in the company and would be willing to wait the execution of their business plan with all of its ups and downs. Yes, maybe that shipment from China did get delayed 2 weeks.

Unfortunately, you and most people here are not investors and all we want is a quick profit and on to the next play. That's why you interpret her answer as not caring about your interest. She's concerned about true investors and not a bunch of OTC flippers.
