the shares can be converted @ a fraction of a % of the o/s on any given day after a certain amount of time has passed. you shouldn't have anything to worry about for quite a while because the debt from convertibles is pretty much done thats why the price took such a beating in the first place, as i was here all along telling people to not be buying the stock so early or else they will be sitting with some serious bags lol. next week should be very interesting especially if the right news comes out this could go very high very fast. big smile
