No, it doesn't matter. Current shareholders are going to wiped out within days. Shareholders should not take it without at least filing complaints with the SEC about all the fraudulent PR's. Might not accomplish anything, but you never know......a subpoena of Fred's records might turn up some interesting things. Like no evidence of a lawsuit involving that nonexistent funding.
