I'm curious as to how you calculated 1.2 billion OS. Can you please explain or give additional details? The SC13G filed by Sason and The 31 Group on May 19th indicates ownership of 25,208,296 shares representing 9.9% share of the company according to the filing which is based on the OS 252,341,293. This is the last filing implying a definitive share structure and for all its problems, this company has filed proper documentation with the SEC.
But to assume a share structure in response to a legitimate question is, at best, misleading. If one's intention is to provide inaccurate guesses when there are unknowns, either out of anger, spite, or an even less desirable market intention, would call to question the motive of any post in the past and posts going forward of that individual.
If you would like to provide some semblance of due diligence, then by all means please provide the board with additional information. For months, this board has welcomed both pro and con arguments regarding a speculative play, albeit heated at times. Any investor here is not interested in blowing smoke and would rather a factual dialogue among adults.
I do not disagree that this has suffered from death spiral toxic financing but I would call to question anyone that is wasting their time posting on a board without the intention of making money and there may still be money to be made here, regardless of volatility or perhaps because of volatility.

We can discuss Joshua Sason's role in this and his effect on other companies that are walking a razor. It's been discussed ad nauseam. Again, this is known and if it's too much risk than I would advise anyone to stay away.

That said, I respect an honest dialogue and wish you the best of luck, or as CN would say... Cheers.
