I received my dividend, because I held through the distribution date. People didn't read the fine print, they read the profit margins that day; which is fine….

however those who held shares per the guidelines provided :

Record Date - June 12, 2015

Distribution Date - June 15, 2015

received a dividend that as of now is still restricted, however has been deposited in to shareholders accounts some time ago.
