Oh yes. That's my point completely. I think they are lying and stating an audit is in progress is an attempt to buy time, but as I stated at most it should have bought only a month or two. I don't remember how long they have been touting an audit is in progress, but it seems like an awful long time.

I would not work for these guys who over promise and do not deliver.
