Sundance the bad news- is no news- or rather no clarity on how they are going to put the recapitalization in place. "they" probably have not gotten to that point. Lack of clarity, keeps money on the sidelines until they have some idea how this is going to play out.
If and when the sideline money comes in, that is what is going to propel the pps up. Day traders are just churning the volume, NYSE loves it, HFT loves it. Blankenstien loves it.
