That is me.

That is what you get when you Challenge the people in power in MA.

The funny thing is that I already told then during the process that I had no plans to practice and had not bothered to submit an application to any firm.

Most of my classmates that tried to make a living of it in law are doing no better than before they went to law school. If I had gotten a job as a lawyer, I probably would have been making 50% or less than what I make now. One of my classmates had his financial life ruined after the state of CT started to pay slower and slower on the public case work they have lawyers doing.

If you look, you will also see that five members of the bar admission board were replaced while I was going through the process. The first head of the board, Edward J. Barshak, was so senile when I went in for my first interview, that he could hardly see the paper in front of him, plus he kept asking me questions about stuff that was not me. I put this in court filings. The other people at the table all knew what was going on because they had to keep 'guiding' him onto the right facts. I pointed this out in my filings when I appealed the board decision. As you can imagine, this did not make me any friends with any of them, but I do not care.

As far as I am concerned, I can not believe that I ever thought those people had any integrity or honestly, and think it is absurd that anyone would think they are a measure of 'moral character and fitness for anything'.
