Zimbler claims he was bought in to restructure and turn the company around, yet 9 months later, the share value is lower than it was when he arrived, The company is late on 2 filings a month from being late on 3, and a shareholder had to ream him a new one in order to get them to renew their corporate license.

That doesn't sound like he is doing such a great job as what he was brought in to do.
