$SWET R/S my guess is Monday mailed proxy notices July 1st the June 19th Filing said MAILING OR DELIVERY OF A DEFINITIVE INFORMATION STATEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS AT LEAST 20 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE CORPORATE ACTION MAY BE TAKEN
