In this case if it was private then JD was clearly in the wrong and sending insider information and he is the only one who could have been sued!

JD should not be communicating with anyone about BUCS unless he provides that information to everyone as he is officially connected with the company and is listed as such in the company documents!

Hopefully he is not communicating (anything at all... even slight references, like the lights are on kind of thing)to you because if so you are both violating the rules of the game! It is a clear NO NO!!!
