Nope, but it is a direct competitor. Nestle' has one park locked up, Dasani in another. Still, contracts get renegotiated all the time. Who's to say that Boreal cannot gain a foothold in this very lucrative venue? Or perhaps, with the right merger could be contracted out to help fill this massive demand...
