You're wasting your time and metal anguish thinking about a law suit. It won't happen. People lost all the money they invested on this, I don't see anyone wanting to have to pay for a lawyer right now, not to mention I don;t think anything will come out of it and if it does it won't be for like 4 years until you see a dime.

Ken is a scumbag POS and I don't blame the people who wanted out and left the company back in early June. I can't understand why anyone would want their name tied to a company falsely leading their investors because it could turn into a PR nightmare if any lawsuit does come out of it. I don;t know if John Loren left on his own accord or was relieved by Ken, either way, he was better off, unless he's part of it. What irritates me the most, is you can't get in touch with anyone from MDCN. BS numbers that bring you to voicemail in the middle of a work day in itself is mad sketchy, which is something I learned and took away from this company. When everything sounds like it's going great for a company and I want to invest, I'm calling their main office first to see if I can get someone to actually speak with, not a recording at 11AM on a Tuesday.

IF there is a class action suit. I'm in. But I won't be the one to generate the suit.
