A snippet from GE as it relates to SGLB from the quarterly report is that it is expected that the first LEAP engines will be placed into service "mid 2016" The backlog of orders for LEAP engines appears to be 142 billion. Progress is on schedule.

My personal take on this is that there will be some delay for impact upon SGLB. I am not sure how much before the entry to service that there will be production of parts. Accepting the prior statements that LEAP fuel nozzles will begin production in Auburn by the end of this year and assuming that the previously indicated ten machines is accurate, then it would not surprise me to see orders for PrintRite occuring late Q3 or Q4. Delivery and installation of these units would take some time, so it is not clear how many would be put into operation before Q1 2016. Recognition of revenue may well be Q1, so report of the revenue could easily be out to mid April - 9 months out. Best case scenario is that it would be November when revenue would be recognized for Q3 sales- assuming an earlier delivery date and payment within Q3. I doubt that the announcement of sales of PrintRite will have anywhere near the impact of the announcement of revenue received.

Thus, I believe that the pps is not going to move significantly as a function of GE contracts for approximately 9 months. The contract printing and other business activity may create a little ramp up. I believe that it is going to take significant revenues to really move the pps....thus there is going to be another two to three quarters of bargain prices.

patience and GLTA
