Not sure why you are responding to me with this info? You need to ask Jorge and Eddie why they PR'd that they were going to do the Dividend.

By the way, Eddie already reserved the shares when he raised the A/S @ SUTI...and I'm sure they would be restricted for quite some time....most will be long gone by then...

IMO the dividend is more about following thru with said items, which builds trust and attracts new investors. The small amount of worthless shares mean nothing to most here.
