If a cloudy day in Baghdad can cause oil to go up $10 a barrel, then news of a company throwing out it's trash and restructuring so it can continue with negotiations and SEC filings I think we should be breaking out of the trips instead of trying to bash a perfectly legitimate move by John Griffin to ease investor worries

Again it's better than silence at this point people were getting really uneasy and this was a good way to let people know that they are moving forward. My only real suggestion at this point to active health foods is that they do a real update on the website with new contact info and a new news center.
