Sorry pennyplayer, but I just see too many patterns in the trading day that repeat themselves with a rise here, wide bid/ask spread, a fall there, then a scraping of the bid, push lower, moves higher, then wide bid/ask spread, fall, scrape... Rinse and repeat. Put on your tinfoil hat but it looks like it's behaving according to algorithms.

I guess some of us are in agreement that it's someone's puppet. I'm in though. The recent news has been very positive. Good luck. It's not a loss until you sell. I think if it manages to get itself above $5 you won't see as much of this behavior.
