You're waking up Pistolero2.

The sad reality is 0.28 is a total gift. That is STILL 4.3x REVENUE which is a multiple usually given to hypergrowth companies. PlayMPE might be worth 1.5x revenue at most, more like 1x given the customer concentration.

Call that $5M in PlayMPE value. Which means you are still paying over $10M for the worthless "Clipstream" snake oil. IMHO of course.

Truly AMAZING that people buy into this. It's literally be 15 years of the same thing.

Here is a PR from 8 YEARS AGO:

http://www.dsny.com/node/518

"""Destiny Announces Launch of Clipstream® Streaming Video Software
February 21, 2007
Vancouver, BC – February 22, 2007 – Destiny Media Technologies (DSNY OTCBB) is pleased to announce the launch of Clipstream™ Version 3 (http://www.clipstream.com). Under development for two years, this next generation software is the best solution for reaching the largest audience simply and securely.

Clipstream™ is unique in that content owners don’t need to buy custom streaming hardware or server software. The video is simply uploaded to an existing website and linked into the page. Site visitors are not required to download or install player software as the video starts instantly and seamlessly. Because the technology is Java based, it works on every operating system that supports Java including 98% of computer users. PDA and cell phone support is expected to be announced next quarter."""

8 YEARS AGO that came out!

Now the use JavaScript instead of Java - so what? Nobody bought it then and they aren't buying now.

Here's one from TWELVE years ago:

http://www.dsny.com/node/960

"July 14, 2003
Vancouver, British Columbia, July 14, 2003 - Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: DSNY; Berlin: DME 935 410) is pleased to announce an agreement with Capita Technologies, Inc. to offer Clipstream™ as an exclusive method for embedding video advertising into customer web pages and emails."

These guys tried to take CLIPSTREAM public 14 YEARS AGO:

http://www.destiny-software.com/node/212

"""December 3, 2001
Vancouver, BC - Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. OTCBB: DSNY ("Destiny") is pleased to announce that an agreement in principle has been reached for a share exchange with AVC Venture Capital Corp., a public company listed on The Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX: AVW) ("AVC"), which will result in Clipstream Technologies Inc. ("CTI") going public. CTI is a private British Columbia company established earlier this year to facilitate the spin-off and further financing of Destiny's "Clipstream" business division."""

Always just a couple of quarters away boys, for 15 YEARS.

That was back in the wild west days of the net with no video standards etc.

IMHO Clipstream is just so unbelievably irrelevant now.

My main question for anyone long this thing, and STILL at over 4x revenue valuation, is how many more YEARS before you throw in the towel here?
