After being chartered in BVI, it became domicled in Wyoming (unlimited Authorized Shares), which presently is a surer sign of a developing scam than if domiciled in Nevada! When totally unraveled, you might discover this is another China scam (BVI connection) with some entity in China covertly calling the shots.
