These guys will naked short the stock as well to give the optics that it was "real" selling. I dont know anyone even thinking about selling at this point. Most think the worst case out of the courts is 20-30 times your money at todays prices. This looks more like a last ditch effort shorty to try to cover off some if any of his outstanding short position.
