Who was the beneficiary of the original loans? Who else but the management who orignally authorized x number of shares that the lender, by whatever route, is now selling into the market? The first cause of the current situaion is the original loan initiated by the individual(s) its proceeds benefitted. There are no "companies" on the OTC, just a person or a few people with fantastic stories they work via glib tongues and PRs to induce "investors" to part with cash (to buy the shares their lenders want to sell as fast as they can). LOL
