That's why IMSC (the new leader in the ETD space) is trading this way, because most of the time shareholders don't have a way to tell... The investor community doesn't have a way to tell. All this uncertainty contributes to erode the SP. They keep handling the Company as if it was private. Look at the SP: 0.70! Ain't that sad?
