Got this email on 7.10.15 from the company. Are they really that dumb to tell a investor this while diluting the stock? I think the answer may be yes.

The Company has a good cash runway, and is not diluting the stock. Future news flow (remainder of July, and the months thereafter) will hopefully provide the reassurance you are seeking.
