TNXP- Play

Definition of A Jbem Play:

Plays- These are shorter term catalyst plays and will often include a re-entry into “picks” that have already been made. I will likely hold these “plays” for a shorter amount of time and look for double digit gains or more.

I have retaken a position in TNXP. I believe that the offering price provides an excellent entry point given the short and long-term catalysts and over all fundamental picture of the company. The offering has been digested well by the market and the bullish trend appears to remain given the fact that the trading action has remained well above the offering price. With the additional money generated from the offering, the company is well positioned to advance their pipeline and meet their milestones. Additionally, the purchase of 48000 shares by insiders strongly suggests that they see a significant upside to their investment in the coming weeks and months.
My initial DD can be found here:

Upcoming catalysts that I believe will provide momentum moving forward include:

- F203 Long-term safety study analysis from BESTFIT in August 2015
- Phase 2 data with TNX-201 in the Q4-2015
- Phase 2 data from AtEase in PTSD with TNX-102SL around mid-2016
- Phase 3 data from AFFIRM in fibromyalgia with TNX-102SL in the Q4-2016

Here is a chart that shows points where I might sell some shares. The amount of shares sold will depend on price action. As a disciplined investor, I like to space out my buys and sells. I like to choose multiple buy and sell points based on TA. This allows me to minimize any potential loses while ensuring consistent gains along the way. I like to use Fibonacci patterns as well as historical trading patterns to determine locations where I might sell some shares.

I believe that this will quickly fill the gap back to the $8.20 range and depending on volume may move considerably higher. If that is the case, then the $9 range quickly comes in to play in the near term. Overall, my sentiment on TNXP remains very bullish and I anticipate a significant movement into the end of the year. At this point in time, the recent offering allows an excellent entry and the possibility of nice returns in the short and long-term.

Please trade wisely and set buy and sell points based on your personal goals.
