hmmmm.... 100% is say $135/yr. The J gov health insurance pays 90%, so user pays 10% or $13.50 per year, or slightly over $1 per month.

And folks wonder why Softbank spent $200M to do and then Foxconn and Alibaba paid $236M for 40% of what Softbank paid to do? Softbank has tough J mobile robot safety laws that Spencer influenced some years ago. So geckonav should be a done deal due to it's safety!
