I'm not speaking for IITF on this, my personal view of it is that their are challenges that they expect to face. He realizes that lawsuits will come regardless of how well patents are written and designs are implemented. It sounds like this is considered with every piece of intellectual property that is developed. It's obvious to me that they will most likely need more money heading into commercialization and also after as they will need to defend this IP. It really confirmed my opinion that Titan would likely look to sell to a larger player with more resources then go it alone. Another interesting piece of information referred to the type of MedTech IP that was important to a Medtronic type of company when considering acquisition. They seem to prefer IP that is written in a bunch of different areas for a product. Ie. Electro mechanical, software, etc. I got the impression this type of IP was more valuable to them. There is a lot more in there. It's a long audio but well worth a listen if you are invested at the levels most on this board seem to be. I wouldn't sit down and straight listen to it as it's pretty dry but if your doing something around the house, play it in the background.
