Then you need to stop looking at companies that HAVE a niobium mine and start looking for a company that NEEDS a a niobium mine.
Either way nobody is going to JV with this company without a controling interest.

Scott cant beg into a deal where he supplies the ground and they supply the money, debt, labor, etc.

The do nothing without money.

The only thing they should be looking for is cash. Dan is trying to sell BOD seats IMO
That will get them the money but not sure at what cost. The new BoD may not have the same vision and i dont see Scott willing to give up control
