There are a few really positive posters on this board and you, me and frackedup have been on the skeptical to negative side. It's a shame that we challenge everything that's posted from TMMI.

I see some very familiar things happening with their communications. A lot of it is the same double talk that I've witnessed over these last 15 years.

I am trying to give the new team the benefit of the doubt but allowing one company (who we owed past money to and are paying off) all of the funding for development work on the codecs, then making the owner of that company a Director of TMMI, then seeing him answer emails with sugestive hints to shareholders who've emailed him is a bit much.

If Raytheon has decided to use our products and are just tying up the legalities of same, why not release that to all? Then reading the email that Bat posted (thank you Bat) it is just general statements (if they and their customers decide to use it) which serves as his safe harbor statement.
