RMRK: Shouldn't be more toxic conversions until October 3 or thereafter. From what I can tell, and after speaking with transfer agent; looks like the current note paid off.

Float a lil higher now, but looks like the pond might turn in to an ocean soon. However they will raise the levees first ;)
