I totally agree. But this is sub penny land and a 33% profit is not bad to walk away from. I got in at 3's , so I can not flip like that.

The biggest things that concern me are:
1. Dilution. It has been proven so I hope no one tries to dispute this.
3. The financials of Global gaming are horrible. I think they have $80 cash on hand.
4. Innovative was created in Feb 2015. How much can it be worth?
