If you look at the date of January 31, 2015 that clearly is implying another merger deal that expired. after that there was talks with black bridge and additional funding was then secured as well as the CEO change. There was then public announcements of these changes in April and May . It sounds to me that the deal that fell through with manos and the deal that John Griffin is working on are separate deals. this is a termination of an old agreement from an older marketing firm/direct seller.
