But look at the date on it I believe there was a previous merger that was taking place if you do a little bit of reading you'll find out there was another marketing company that was trying to sell the organic bars. There was another talk of merger after that and additional funding was secured by black bridge shortly after so I believe this has to do with another marketing firm that was supposed to merge with active health foods but that fell through because of the January 31, 2015 deadline.

It sounds like there is another agreement being worked on and the old agreement and other legalities had to be closed up first
