Looks like Manos screwed up the past filings and they're trying to correct the errors. New accounting firm will review all future announcements and filings. No surprise about the delay in the merger, but looked liked the delay was back in January? Didn't the April news state 45 and 60 days until merger? I think the merger is still very much on and this was only a little insight for shareholders as to what all the delays are being caused by. I've got no worries here, john griffin is working hard to make AHFD current and legit. Very thankful for the update.
